Working on building a new system GPS (Grants & Projects for Safety) which is responsible for managing $20+ million funds received every year from the Federal Government. Leading the development of the web portal using the latest Microsoft technologies.

 

MVA Customer Support system

Led the successful delivery of a Salesforce (Cloud based Software as a Service) Customer Service Center solution for the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration. Led the administration of the Salesforce website and training of super users. The solution streamlined the way service is delivered to customers and allowed the agency to build Customer Intelligence. This cloud-based solution is the first of its kind in the state where Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is securely shared between the cloud software and internal systems. Over a hundred employees and contractors use this system to service millions of customers.

Quality Measures Data Center

Date: October 2013 – June 2014

Worked on one of the largest health care contracts in the State of Maryland to redesign the way that the Maryland Health Care Commission displays hospital and patient data to the citizens of Maryland. Led the development of a state-of-the-art HIPPA and FISMA compliant healthcare portal
